Hanging in there? （least formal) 你还行吗？用于看到对方疲惫或者长时间工作或劳累时。
How's life （less formal) 生活怎么样？用于长时间不见以后。

How 'bout you? And you? What about you? 你呢？用于"我很好"以后

Not so bad, good, pretty good (中性，不好也不坏）
*美国文化里问候总是积极的，所以没有人会说现在心情不好。
People can say this to anyone, even strangers, in restaurants, on the street, at work, in school. This is often the first thing people say to break the ice (解除陌生）。
*Single "Hello","Hi", "Hey" is for familiar contacts who don't need to know that you're happy all the time.
*You can use them in conjunction with the other greetings, for example: Hi, how's it going? or Hey, how's it going? or Hey, what's up? for less familiar acquaintances.
