　　微软今天确认，他们已经租下了位於美国加州森尼维尔市(Sunnyvale)莫菲特塔(Moffett Towers)的23.7万平方英尺(约2.2万平方米)区域作为公司总部。

　　森尼维尔位於硅谷腹地，东临圣克拉拉（Santa Clara），西临谷歌总部所在地山景城，南面则是苹果总部所在地库珀蒂诺。莫菲特塔代理商、房地�服务公司Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank执行副总裁菲尔・马宏尼(Phil Mahoney)表示，微软将在2012年1月进驻企业路(Enterprise Way)1020号，後者属於一期开发工程中的一部分。
