爱博破网版（0937）于2013年3月31日发布，新版在反封锁性能方面更提高一步，为中国大陆用户绕过中共防火墙，及时收听收看海外广播电视、了解真相提供方便。使用爱博破网版的海外及大陆用户越多，支持大陆用户突破封锁的效果越好。
目前爱博电视上有新唐人和《九评共产党》等电视和广播节目。爱博电视软件安装简单，有中文界面，可以大力推广给中国大陆的网友了解真相，对于暂时无法安装卫星接收天线的地区尤其有帮助。海外观众也可以通过爱博电视在电脑上看新唐人等频道的节目。
使用爱博电视的海外用户越多，支持网络被封锁的地区的用户突破封锁的效果越好。因此请大家尽量支持。具体做法是下载安装爱博软件，打开爱博电视，即使不收看任何频道，也能支持反封锁。
海外用户可从“http://www.ippotv.com”网站下载“爱博破网版（0937)”
大陆用户可通过下面的方法获得“爱博破网版（0937)”
（1）通过动态网、无界等翻墙软件登录www.ippotv.com下载
（2）或用海外电子邮箱，如gmail或hotmail给
ippotv2011@gmail.com发一封电子邮件，邮件主题为“1234”。即可收到最新版本的爱博电视。
（3）还可通过电驴、BT搜索、下载最新版的iPPOTV。电驴请不要用如VERYCD等中国大陆开发的版本。
