請願內容：目前以台灣為民主基地的中華民國是一個保護人權的自由民主國家，而位於大陸的所謂"中華人民共和國"是一個嚴重侵犯人權的極權政權。儘管美國與"中華人民共和國"有外交關係，白宮應當尊重中華民國，並且不再壓制中華民國代表在華府雙橡園及類似地點的升國旗儀式。請對中共說不，讓中華民國國旗每天都在雙橡園升起！
Stop Suppressing the Republic of China and Her National Flag
The Republic of China (ROC), mainly based in Taiwan, is a liberal democracy that protects human rights, whereas the so-called "People's Republic of China" (PRC) in the mainland is a totalitarian regime with a horrible track record of human rights violations. Despite the United States' diplomatic relationship with the PRC, the White House should respect the ROC and stop suppressing the raising of the ROC's national flag by ROC representatives at the Twin Oaks Estate in Washington, DC and any other similar locations. Please say no to the PRC communist regime and let the ROC flag rise at Twin Oaks every day!
